Time limits and conditions

Returns are available for 30 days after receipt. Days 1–14 are the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal without reason; days 15–30 are our additional voluntary return right. Statutory rights for defective, damaged or nonconforming goods remain unaffected.

To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement within 14 days to info@glucolamp.com or Modulate IT d.o.o., Bobovje 52G, 49000 Krapina, Croatia. Time begins when the consumer or nominated third party other than the carrier receives the product, or the last product/consignment in a split order. Send goods to that address without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the statement. The form is optional.

For requests on days 15–30, the product must be undamaged, complete, not used beyond necessary inspection and, where reasonably possible, include original packaging, accessories, instructions and proof of purchase. We may reduce a refund for proven loss in value caused by excessive handling and reject materially used, damaged, incomplete or late voluntary returns.

Return shipping and nonconformity

For withdrawal, change of mind or failure to check clearly published compatibility, the customer pays direct return-shipping costs and bears responsibility until delivery to us; tracked, insured shipping is recommended. We do not pay merely because the customer’s system was not expressly supported. If compatibility was advertised or confirmed, we treat it as potential nonconformity and pay justified return costs.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or nonconforming goods, contact us with the order number, description and, where reasonable, photos/video. Do not send before instructions. For justified returns we provide a prepaid label or reimburse a reasonable, documented standard return cost approved in advance. Subject to law, we repair or replace free of charge or offer reduction/refund when that is impossible or not timely without significant inconvenience. Report transit damage promptly; delay alone does not remove statutory rights.

Refunds, exchanges and cancellation

For statutory withdrawal, we refund all payments for the returned product, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of the statement. We may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or dispatch evidence. For voluntary days 15–30, we refund the product price but not return shipping or premiums for a costlier chosen delivery, except for defective, damaged, incorrect or nonconforming goods. Refunds use the original method unless another no-cost method is expressly agreed; posting time depends on the bank/provider.

Contact us for exchanges. We will try to amend or cancel an undispatched order but cannot guarantee this once processing starts; after dispatch, the return process applies.
